The Outpatient Services Center (OSC) is a 48,000 SF two story hospital support building. The building is steel framed construction with finishes to match the existing hospital. The OSC will be connected to the hospital via a single story enclosed pedestrian walkway. The OSC services will include radiology, endoscopy, a new laboratory, infusion, diabetes consultation, and OBGYN office. The building will also include private physician offices, and includes a joint use conference center with the public. This project is a turnkey project with Unger Construction coordinating and facilitating installation of all new and relocated medical equipment.
