Sellands Market Cafe, located in El Dorado Hills is Unger Constructions latest project with “The Selland’s Family of Restaurants”. The Grand Opening was January 30th, and business shows no sign of slowing.
This restaurant is 4200 square and was constructed in less than 180 days. Some of the special finishes consist of tin ceiling tiles, marble counter tops, custom wood wainscoating, custom colored ceramic tile & paint, unique striped window coverings, and specialty light fixtures. The main cook line includes two large ovens,a Brazer oven, a Combi oven, a wood burning pizza oven and a large six burner gas grill. To keep all the goods cool and fresh there is also a 17’ x 9’ walk in cooler box. The restaurant’s patio overlooks the Town Center’s lake and fountain. It will be a great place to sit on a warm summer night, and also winter nights with future overhead gas heaters.
