Unger Recognized by Cal/OSHA for Commitment to Safety

Unger Construction received the Golden Gate Partnership award from the California Occupational Health and Safety Administration for the outstanding effectiveness of its workplace safety and health program on the Fire Station 43 project. According to Richard DeRosa, Area Manager for Cal/OSHA, the Unger field staff "demonstrated a commitment to continuously improve the effectiveness of its workplace safety and health management system. This commitment to workplace safety and health is being commended by the Cal/OSHA Consultation Service". Unger's Safety Manager, Steve Hooper, would also like to thank Joel Dyer, Gary Lukins and the rest of the project team for their continued commitment to safety. |
